Our team needs 3 days (H-3) for system setup, hardware testing, and guest data sync. For best results, please send us the final guest list 7 days (H-7) before the event.

Our on-site crew can manually search for the guest's name in the system and process them quickly, without holding up the line behind them.
Our crew size scales with the number of devices used: 1 device set is handled by 1 operator, and for 2 device sets we add 1 supervisor on top. The bigger the event, the more complete the standby team.
Yes. We offer an Additional Quota that can be activated quickly in blocks of 50 guests, with an extra fee based on your needs.
You'll receive a complete report in CSV format: the list of guests who attended, arrival times, and souvenir pickup status.
Yes. All data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized team members, then permanently deleted after the event upon your request.
